Stanley Cup Rant!

If Crosby is holding the cup above his head in 2 weeks I will feel nauseous. During the Stanley cup playoffs you might as well through all your previous achievements out the window and just play solid hockey. So far the Penguins have done none of this and have had little if any physical presence. Some of their star players "Malkin" "have been playing at a junior B level" quote Don Cherry. This has caused many turnovers and last game Pittsburgh was lucky it wasn't 7-3 for Detriot. If Pittsburgh is trying to persue the cup by merely luck they might as well just stop now.

Also Crosby may be to young to lead his team on the road to victory as it seems his head is not screwed on his shoulders quite tight enough yet. Ill try not to go into to many detials but Crosby's beard is weird. It is a perve stash slash pubic chin strap, enough said. Lets hope for the sake of everyone pittsburgh does not make playoffs next year. After "Detriot shut out the pengiuns the first two games apparently it was just luck" quote Robert Wekel. After all its very easy two shut out a team two games in a row in the stanley cup playoffs. I know it is bad luck to be so confident about who will win the stanley cup but I think it is safe to say Detriot will sodomize Pittsburgh. Somtimes some things speak for themselves but I think Datsyuk and Zetterburg deserve some praise because they are simply amazing scoring the clutch goals and demorilizing the apposing defence. I hope for the sake of Roberts life Detriot wins!

The side of Leonardo Vetra's book read '' true science discovers god waiting behind every door-Pope Puis x11'' Pg. 55

Leonardo Vetra was a believer that physics was Gods laws to be discovered. Most people are under the impression that science and religion are like oil and water and Leonardo was out to prove that they are actually interlocked together and compliment each other.

Until I have read this book I never really even thought that this would be a possibility to have science and religion as one. I know that everyone wonders what is the purpose of are life and why are we here. It seems that if we choose just to believe in religion that there are many everyday situations that god does not explain. Yet if we choose to strictly believe in the laws of science many questions in the after life and in depth scientific situations are left unanswered. So it seems that we are all left in a dilema in what to believe in and are we leading a meaningful life. Leonardo seemed to make a link between the two that proposed God is science and science is God. If you choose to believe in this theory suddenly there is new answers to old questions. If we go back in time anything we did not understand we justified by God. But know that we understand how those things work we do not rely on God but we will never understand everything so therefore there will always be God.

Why the Canucks Dissapiont me!

Year after year the Canucks either make bad coaching decisions or play like garbage when it counts. As fans we try to ignore the bad and focus on the good but this is becoming increasingly harder every year. Going back a couple of years we run into the Bertuzzi incident which may have started off this whole disaster. It seems as if Nasland is still waiting for Bertuzzi to come back but he needs to wake up and guide his team to victory. I am not going to go into details about the actual act but I am going to say that there are rumors that Bertuzzi was told to give Morre a hit that would not be forgotten. And yes this would not be forgotten. This is one of the many coaching errors over the past couple years. Bring us up to speed the Matt Pettinger trade is to easy to review it should of never happened period. A few weeks ago I said that Luongo seemed to be in an increasing trend of slowly declining his level of play. Just recently he was pulled two games in a row. This does not mean that Luongo is a bad goalie he is just becoming more of an average goalie. I was watching a rather rough Canucks game a couple of days and had an epiphany he Canucks do not have an enforcer unless you want to include Cowan or Burrows which lost every fight they have every been in. Enforcers are not the prettiest players to watch but they are a valuble part of the team and can be picked up for a low price. I hope by writting this the Canucks will improve for next year and be a well respected team.

The unjust lottey.

The small town of 300 in "The Lottery'' at first glance seems like no other. As you look closer though you may find horrible acts of violence that you would never think these people are capable of committing. Yet as soon as they are picked to be stoned to death they dispute the entire logic of the lottery. This is a vicious cycle that keeps on reoccurring as the kids are raised in the concept that this is a normal way of life. This is the same concept as in the book "Plesantville" where the kids of the future are raised that a utopia can be achieved. Even though it is far from a perfect society the imperfections are just covered up and people who do not resemble the required traits are terminated at birth. In both these situations everyone who is not effected by the common law some how puts the people that are unlucky in a separate category in their brain as people that are different then them. Though in reality these people are no different. In both of these works of literature there is a common flaw in which the people are accustom to violence.

The perils of indifference

Everyone is no different yet some people are discriminated against yet the majority off the people do not act to stop the violence.

Ignorance is bliss.

If you don't know about anything then there would be no worries. So it seems that the more educated you are the more troubles that you will have. But on the other hand just because you have no worries does not mean that these problems do not exists. So if you are an educated person how do you deal with these problems? How do you choose which problems to ignore and which to focus on? As a society are we able to sit down and enjoy a McDonald's hamburger knowing how that food has been has been processed in a way that defies everything you believe in. For that moment that you are eating that hamburger do you forget about it or do you choose not to eat there. These are questions that are not brought to our attention enough. Or maybe we are aware about these problems but choose not to confront them because we don't realize the seriousness of these situations.

Ending change.

He is casting away in the river and then he realizes that there is something glittering on the end of his line. He realizes that it is something that is a round metal piece then he comes to the realization that it is a ring. Linda was astonished as she shouted out I can't believe you found my ring. Greg was in disbelief as he said '' this is truly the catch of a life time''. Linda replied and said "this is awkward because I thought that this was a sign to get back together with Michael".
